Overview

Integrity FT has an exciting opportunity for a business administration apprentice in Doncaster.

Job Purpose Summary

To provide a day to day support to the Research/Moderation Department in terms of data processes and checking to ensure that all data is available in a timely and accurate manner and is of a good quality. Balance this support with development of personal knowledge and skills together with the completion of the Apprenticeship within the agreed timescale.

  • Moderation – Listen to a proportion of calls made by the calling department and moderate them for accuracy and quality. Make necessary amendments and provide useful feedback where required either to the calling team or via Line Manager.
  • Reporting . - Produce reports on an ad-hoc and regular basis using the in-house reporting system.
  • Online Research – Conduct data checks using our in-house online system - ensuring that the data collated is representative as defined in the start to finish process.
  • Processes – Follow the current start finish process.
  • Research/Data Support – Provide support to other department members when requested and on a day to day basis to ensure the smooth running of the department and continued development of the Apprentice role.
  • Communication – Liaise with different departments as required and ensure they are made aware of any issues in a timely manner.
  • The job holder will also be required to assist on any other long term or ad-hoc projects that relate to data capture, reporting and analysis as and when required to meet the needs of the business and as part of the development of their role.

After completing the apprenticeship you will gain the following qualifications, and training in the following areas:
 

· Edexcel Level 3 Diploma in Business Administration

.Level 2 Functional Skills (Literacy, Numeracy and ICT)

Essential:

  • Demonstrable IT skills including knowledge of Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook.
  • GCSE Mathematics and English or similar qualification.
  • An interest in data/market research
  • An eye for detail and excellent listening skills.

Desirable:

  • Excel to Advanced level
  • Educated to A level standard
  • An interest in the automotive industry
