Business Administration ApprenticeshipBarnsley  |  Salary: £3.50 per hour


We are looking for a Business Admin apprentice in the Barnsley area, the company that this apprenticeship is with specialises in graphic design including, digital design, print, and communication design.

Job purpose:
- To promote the services of the business to relevant customers and businesses, both regionally, and nationally as deemed suitable, to increase sales and more efficiently manage customer reactions. Re-engaging with existing customer bade and promote the business to them. Seeking out new business opportunities through a variety of streams, to include: direct telesales, electronic\social media, traditional print\advertising, networking etc.

Strategic objectives:
- Develop better relationships with existing customers
- Develop sales leads with new customers
- Promote our services to customers

Performance standards:
- Professional approach to all aspects of work
- Clear organisation of sales/telesales activity
- Follow up all business leads and opportunities with agreed call-backs and appointment setting where possible
- Positive involvement with marketing strategies
- Develop a good understanding of graphic design/marketing
- Provide concise feedback and reports to an agreed schedule
- Deal positively and proactively with all customer feedback

Key duties:
- Develop relationships with existing clients and generate extra revenue through new and existing clients where possible
- To liaise with customer and design studio to develop and agree briefs
- To monitor job progress against schedule. To assist design studio where appropriate with ongoing client relationship at all stages of production
- To provide regular activity progress reports to design studio
- To undertake any other duties as reasonably assigned

After completing the apprenticeship you will gain the following qualifications, and training in the following areas:

· Edexcel Level 3 Diploma in Business Administration

.Level 2 Functional Skills (Literacy, Numeracy and ICT)
